Highly perfumed nose with aromas of apricot, white flowers and honey. Medium bodied on palate, fresh, finishing with notes of stone fruit and citrus. Ideal with all seafood: shellfish platters, grilled fish, stuffed or fried calamari, mussels, seafood risotto…. Works equally poultry, either simply grilled or with cream or curry based sauces. A perfect match with goats cheese.
